A standard brand film or social content package takes 5–10 business days from shoot to final delivery. Timelines vary with project scope, but we set clear deadlines upfront and stick to them. Growth and Premium plan clients get priority turnaround, and rush options are available when you need them.
Absolutely. We're Melbourne-based but regularly shoot across Victoria and take interstate projects. Travel costs are discussed transparently at enquiry. No surprises on your invoice. If the project calls for it, we'll go wherever the light is good.
We talk about your brand, your current content situation, and what success looks like for you. No sales pitch, no pressure. Just a genuine conversation about whether and how we can help. Come with your goals, your audience, and any reference videos you love. It runs about 30 minutes and you'll leave with real clarity on what to do next, whether that's with us or not.
You do. Full creative rights transfer to you on final payment. Your footage is yours to use across all platforms, in perpetuity, without restriction. We may request to include the work in our portfolio — but that's always your call, and you can say no.
